Z 8Strip is a new generation battery operated fixture that marks a new step in wireless lighting technology, being one of the brightest portable fixtures in the event industry. Z 8Strip is encased in IP65 rated housing allowing it to meet any working condition. Featuring 8x10 W high-power RGBW full colour CREE LEDs pixel controlled to achieve high brightness and can also a favourite for temporary architectural installations. Z 8Strip is equipped with a lithium battery pack allowing it to be left out for up to 16 hours (colour-changing) and W-DMX control for full cable-free operations.

Firmware update instructions

1 Download the firmware (complete download is available on Customer Care - contact support@prolights.it for more info)

2 Download the updater software UpBox_Tool 

3 Follow the instructions in the following guide

Additional info:
  • Firmware updates require the UPBOXPRO compatible with all Prolights products
  • It's possible to use UPBOX1 and UPBOX2 *DISCONTINUED* checking the compatibility in the below tab
  • UpBox_Tool  software is compatible with all interfaces (UPBOXPRO, UPBOX1 and UPBOX2)
  • It's possible to update NET boards (with .EHEX files) following this guide with software Professional Uploader
