Solar 27Q is a compact fan-free outdoor wash light featuring an outstanding brightness of 10'832 lumens. Equipped with 27x10W RGBW/FC LEDs, delivering superior colour mixing. Featuring a slim size as well as the multiple interchangeable optics through magnets, including asymmetrical filters which, all together, make the Solar 27Q an incredibly flexible device for indoor use and outdoor. Whilst highly-powerful, the Solar 27Q also benefits from being silent.

Firmware update instructions

1 Download the firmware (only the latest version is available - contact support@prolights.it for more info)

2 Download the updater software UpBox_Tool 

3 Follow the instructions in the following guide

Notes: 
  • Firmware updates require the UPBOXPRO compatible with all Prolights products
  • It's possible to use UPBOX1 and UPBOX2 *DISCONTINUED* checking the compatibility in the below tab
  • UpBox_Tool  software is compatible with all UPBOX interfaces
  • To update NET boards with .EHEX files a network cable and Professional Uploader software it's needed. It's possible to follow this guide

3.6 STABLE 14/06/2024 Firmware for Hardware revision: 2.0 - To check revision please refer to serial number. Units with hardware revision 2.0 are with serial number starting from xxxxx0120xxx.

Improvement:
  • Improved Dimmer management.
Fixed Bugs:
  • Model ID in RDM is wrong.
  • Factory Reload via RDM cannot be done more than once. A reboot of the device is required to perform another one.
  • In some DMX modes, changing the Dimmer DMX values ​​when the strobe is active, the light source stops the strobe and the source always remains on.
  • In 17Ch, 13CH, 5Ch, if Dimmer<100%, Jump prediction does not work on individual RGBW channels if Dimmer Speed@Auto.  
  • Device does not respect the CUE List times with whatever Dimmer Speed is set.
  • Flickering is visible during dimming.
